We have used Mark Manning for 2 real estate property purchases and 2 sales over the past 3 years. His extensive knowledge of the business and the area makes the transactions less complicated for us which is why we hire a realtor in the first place. His work ethic is outstanding - answering our calls right away and willing to fit showings into our schedule, even on weekends and holidays. Mark has been in his own business, so he relates to the needs of other business owners like me. He not only used this asset with me, he used it with the buyers also. He is professional, direct, aggressive, very knowledgeable about his business and the area he represented. Mark has very positive negotiating skills that promote closing, in which is very important. I dealt with Mark Manning when he was the seller's agent for a property that I ended up buying. I had my own broker for 20+ years, but the way Mark Manning dealt with this sale, his punctuality and aggressiveness, I was so impressed that I left my old friend/agent and requested Mr. Manning to handle all my properties. He has done a tremendous job ever since. He will return your call even though he is out of state/vacation. I have never seen an agent so aggressive. In the Houston area, I have about 12 plus agents I work with, none of them compares to Mark Manning. Highly recommend this agent.

Mark was a great help with both selling our home and finding land for us. We told him everything we wanted, and he instantly began looking for our perfect piece of land. Even after we purchased the land, he still was willing to help us out! He was very patient dealing with us he never pushed us to buy anything. Our agent was Michelle Krogsgaard, and she was absolutely amazing. She was always there for any questions that we had and we were kept in the loop of what was going on at all times. Mark was awesome! Selling a home can be trying, selling a home in a town you don't live in is REALLY trying but Mark made it so easy. He kept me in the loop with showings, checked on the house, found someone to maintain the yard....treated it as his own.
