Being a mother of Four I understand the issue of time management as well as the urgency to find a home that suits your needs. I have a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary studies EC-4th grade (teaching degree). This degree along with my teaching experience allows me to not only explain, but teach clients about the home buying process. I have recently completed my GRI certification which will also make the home buying experience for clients much easier.

Kate did a fantastic job helping us find the house we were looking for. She knew the neighborhoods very well and found us exactly what we were looking for. Katherine helped me find the right place for me! She was honest and helpful, she made the whole experience of buying a house easy, and she went above and beyond to help me during closing! She fought for me to prevent the bank from delaying the purchase due to minor technicalities.I got to move in earlier than expected!

We went through quite a few houses together. She made sure she had all the information about the house before we walked in the door. If there were questions about the house she couldn't answer right then, she followed up and got the answer. I felt comfortable throughout the house buying process with Kate in my corner. Very happy with my choice of realtor and house!
